The longtime owners of this remote hilltop panoramic view home desired to create an upgraded stylistic appeal to their 1970’s vintage flat roof home. A bronze colored standing seam metal barrel vaulted central roof form was added over the kitchen area tying together the new architectural personality of the home.

In addition to expanding the family room area, opening the kitchen, reconfiguring the master bedroom and enlarging the entry foyer – a deeper, more articulated fascia treatment was added, with strategically placed radiused corners to give the home a southwestern appeal. |
