designing this new condominium development in a highly technical part
of the region, Terence L. Thornhill Architect arrived at a small block
design of between 4-6 units in order to allow for reasonable phasing for
the developer. |

The use of flattened arches throughout the development provides a consistent architectural theme and consistent character. |
