A concrete span-deck floor system was instrumental in the design of this three-story condominium complex primarily to reduce overall building height due to local code restrictions, but also to comply with fire safety regulations.

 

 

Structural brick was used as an exterior building material to provide a traditional residential appeal, and to comply with the covenants of the development. Each unit features a riverfront deck or patio, and large interior spaces.

 

 

 

 

The uppermost level offers a dormered loft area into the roof of the building for use as a private study or craft room. All units have access to the underground parking structure by way of the multi-level ADA compliant elevator.
