A friendly neighborhood theme was the central design concept involved in the creation of this coffee shop and convenience store.      

An open and welcome atmosphere was created through careful site planning

and building orientation. This theme is manifested throughout the interior

and exterior of the building.

 

 

A large vaulting roof

form gives the building entrance a presence from

the perspective of the

traveling motorist.
