Axial design was essential in the development of a shared entryway serving this multi-tenant building. At the opposite end

of the axis is a shared/common conference area accessible to all in the “L” shaped facility.

This conference room opens onto a covered and private outdoor patio allowing

tenants the opportunity to take advantage of

the warm Eastern Washington climate

to the rear of the building. The parapet style roof forms extend out from the central arched roof/ceiling element

in both directions

90 degrees from

each other.

The window fenestration is arranged to allow

the incorporation of metallic awnings

as a future

consideration. A stucco finish was utilized on the

exterior with

definitive horizontal banding and window treatments.
