The building features a partial basement - set up to accomodate future technological advances in equipment and piping due to the location of the basement directly under the operatories. |

The entry vestibule is enhanced by a pyramid shaped transluscent skylight that lends a warm and comfortable waiting environment. Future expansion on the project site is possible and is planned into the original design. |
