The attorney’s

offices are situated

on the north side window wall, with central support staff space on the interior. This space is graced by a series of clerestory windows and a half-arched ceiling form.  

The building is situated

on a corner property in a manner that provides a protected outdoor staff patio area, along with dedicated private parking areas for principals of the firm.

A 1,500 square foot basement is included in the design for archive storage, and a main level space was provided for lease opportunity.
