A sloping lot was selected for this 16,000 square foot two-story professional office building. A steel metal frame and joist system was utilized to create an elevated slab, with infill timber framing to complete

the structural system.

Strategically placed skylights were

designed upon the parapet wall roof system, allowing natural daylight into

key interior spaces.   The exterior is composed of a brick lower body and stucco upper floor.

A radiused central

wall with clustered

glazing provides a visual focus for the building. Stepped and rounded parapet forms provide a dynamic and interesting elevational treatment.
