A Prairie influence was central to the design of this locally owned banking facility.

Eight-foot overhangs on a low-pitched roof provide the building with its distinctive stylistic flare.

Two primary entrances on the street side

elevation are provided; one for the primary

building occupant, and the second entrance for

other tenants of the building.

A two-color stucco finish with extra thick base treatment further enhances the visual relationship of the building to the site.

Clerestory windows around the entire perimeter of the building provide vast amounts of natural interior day lighting, particularly into the lobby of the bank space.

A partial basement exists beneath

the entire length

of the building allowing for maximum utilization of the main level space through the placement of all electrical and mechanical equipment on the lower level.
